JOJO YUSOF (b. 1985, Sabah) an illustrator and a painter who believes that his journey is a masterpiece in the making. In 2003, he studied art foundation at Malaysian Institute Of Art, followed by diploma in graphic design for 4 semester at PTPL in 2005.Inspired by his father, Yusof Gajah, a renowned artist in Malaysia, Jojo's career and personal growth have been shaped by his dad's influence.Growing up in an artistic family, he had the opportunity to participate in the popular TV art show "Kerengga" in 1995 and in 1998, one of his paintings was selected for an art auction at the Islamic Art Museum Malaysia. It was sold to Tun Datin Paduka Seri Endon Mahmood, wife of a former Prime Minister.His artistic journey took him to Yogyakarta, Indonesia (2009) to participate in an artist residency with senior Indonesian painter, Nasirun.
